Part II
From the same studio
Two more titles, bound in — not bolted on.
Catalyst Outsourcing and AdLauncher come from the company behind Advisor OS, but they are not part of the four-product system: separate offerings, separate accounts, nothing bundled. They sit in this book because they answer the questions that come right after Part I — who takes the routine work off your desk, and how do the ads get out.

Part two · staff the work
Catalyst Outsourcing
A team rising in rows, cut from flax stock.
Pre-vetted, fully managed virtual assistants, ready to start in two weeks or less. Catalyst recruits, employs and manages — payroll, equipment, cover — while you direct the work, so the desk gets cleared without you running a second payroll.
- Ready to start in two weeks or less
- Trusted by 3,000+ businesses
- Admin, bookkeeping, support, marketing, design, copy, web, video
- HQ Singapore · serving SG, AU, UK and US
A separate offering from the same studio — its own service, its own agreement. Not part of the Advisor OS four.

Part two · launch the ads
AdLauncher
A billboard unfolding over blush stock, wizard steps in a concertina.
A white-label platform where an agency’s clients launch Meta — Facebook and Instagram — campaigns themselves, without ever touching Ads Manager. The agency builds reusable ad blueprints; clients pick one and customise copy, audience and budget through a guided wizard with a live ad preview.
- Reusable blueprints, built once by the agency
- Guided wizard — copy, audience, budget, live preview
- One agency system-user token runs all Meta calls
- Built for insurance and property agencies
A separate offering from the same studio — sold to agencies under their own brand. Not part of the Advisor OS four.

Reading notes
The margins of this folio, collected.
Is this one platform with one login?
No. The four products do not share an account, and we will not pretend otherwise. One company, one standard, four tools — each stands entirely on its own.
Which one should I start with?
Wherever your career is. Not yet licensed: CMFAS Prep. Licensed but quiet calendar: Pick a Time. Busy but unmeasured: ActivityTracker. Leading people: FourLens. The book reads in that order for a reason.
What does each cost?
CMFAS Prep from S$39.90 (one paper, 1 month; bundle S$89.90). Pick a Time is free, Pro US$9/mo. ActivityTracker from S$34 per consultant per month. FourLens is free. That is the whole price list.
Is it only for financial advisors?
Built for them first — CMFAS Prep is Singapore-licensing specific. But Pick a Time, ActivityTracker and FourLens fit any SME team with a calendar, a target and people.
Can we see it before deciding?
Yes — book a walkthrough. The booking runs on Pick a Time itself: our own scheduler, doing its own job.
And Part II — is that part of Advisor OS?
No. Catalyst Outsourcing and AdLauncher come from the same studio but are separate offerings — their own products, their own accounts, their own pricing. Bound into this book, not bolted onto the system.
